Nashville Street Food Awards
Food truck industry growth has only grown in strength over the past five years and when I found out Nashville was having their 4th annual Nashville Street food awards was going to take place at the Nashville Farmers Market I knew I had to attend. There were over 25 trucks serving everything from BBQ to authentic Cajun food and everything between.
The Nashville Street food awards is a free event. You just need to pay for what you eat and drink.
If ever you have said to yourself, “Man I want to try Grilled Cheeserie so badly, but I can never get to them.” Here is your chance to try everything you ever wanted!
Nashville Street Food Trucks provide an array of eclectic, gourmet options for cheap. Mobile food is not a new concept in the United States. From the chuck wagons of the old west to the hot dog stands of New York City, quick, inexpensive, food on the road has been a part of our nation’s history.
With this recent resurgence of food trucks, the mobile cuisine has gained respect and become popular with everyday folks and foodies alike. Moving beyond just theme parks and food festivals, these businesses have grown and become a financial force within the food industry. Using social media to share locations and fuel public interest, this trend doesn’t seem to be slowing down, even after almost a decade.
After much thought and consideration, my hubby decided to try the pulled pork from the “Steaming Goat”
