8. Giuseppe’s: This Italian restaurant serves classic Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, and antipasti. The restaurant has a romantic ambiance and is perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner for two.
9. Soy Sushi Bar: This sushi bar serves a variety of sushi rolls and sashimi made with the freshest seafood available. The restaurant has a modern atmosphere and is perfect for a casual dinner with friends or family.

Best Time to Visit

The peak tourist season in Jamaica is from mid-December to mid-April, which is also the dry season. During this time, the weather is warm and sunny, and there is little chance of rain.

My favorite dish was the fish in a foil and it wasn’t at one of the 5-star restaurants, but a little hut right on the beach.  

They prepared Jamaican jerk fish with spices right in front of you. It wasn’t fancy, but oh my gosh was it delicious!

6. Adventure, Adventure, Adventure

Unlike other resorts, Sandals offers an array of unlimited land and water sports at no additional cost. Did I say no additional cost?

 You can play beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, croquet, chess, bocce ball, billiards, golf on land, or go enjoy water activities which include the following:

stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, snorkeling, windsurfing, cat sailing, and scuba diving for certified divers.

Jamaica Travel Insurance

I can’t say this enough but please get insurance when traveling to Jamaica! Even if you are only going on a short trip, you should always travel with insurance.
